Dear New Four Seasons Resident!

 

For Homeowners:

Congratulations on the purchase of your new home! 

 

You are probably wondering what happens next.  When you close escrow, the process to record title and send it to the parties necessary to create your HOA account can take a week or so, and during COVID lockdowns this process could take up to 8 weeks.  Your first month's HOA assessment is typically taken out of the escrow account allowing the time for your account to be created and your first billing statement to be mailed to you.  After you receive this first statement, you can set up your payment options as well as opt to receive eStatements.

 

In order to sign up for the web site and activate your Lodge fobs ASAP, so you can make use of all the wonderful amenities we have at Four Seasons EDH, contact the Lodge for an appointment to get registered as soon as you have a copy of your Title.

 

For Homeowners, we will need:

 

     1)  Copy of Title. 

     2)  Photo ID.

​

For Residents, we will need:

​

     1)  Homeowner signed Resident Information Form

     2)  Age Verification Form

     3)  Photo ID.

​

For Renters, we will need:

 

     1)  Signed Copy of Lease agreement provided by Homeowner or their property manager.

     2)  Photo ID.

​

and the following forms completed and signed for all Occupants:

     1)  Resident Information Form 

     2)  Age Verification Form

     3)  Lodge Fob Agreement & COVID Waiver (if you wish to access the Lodge Clubhouse)
